Operations services are delivered as scoped engagements, quoted and invoiced in naira after an initial assessment. Equipment is supplied against a written quotation and sourced from suppliers with the required NAFDAC registration — ask for a proposal or quotation. For telemedicine, see MediKonnekt.
MediKonnekt — your care, connected
MediKonnekt is General Practice Cases' telemedicine and home-visit platform. Patients choose a verified health professional, book and pay securely online, and consult by in-app video or chat — no need to share phone numbers.
Consultation fees are set by each provider and shown in naira before you pay. Payments are processed securely, and every booking is covered by our published refund policy.
